CODE: Intensive
CODE: Intensive is a private 90 minute session where we build your offer together. You leave with one named service, priced, scoped, and written up as a one-page offer you can send to a prospect that week.

You've read the posts. You've done the audit. You've probably had four different versions of this business in your head over the last year.
And you're still not sure.
Not because you're not capable. Because deciding alone is genuinely hard, and there's nobody to tell you whether the thing you're circling is actually worth $2,000 a month or whether you're about to undercharge for the next three years.
That's not a research problem. More reading won't fix it. I read for years and it didn't fix it for me.
It's a decision problem, and decisions are easier with someone who has made them before.
The session
We get on a call for ninety minutes. I've already read everything you sent me. Then we build it.
Not a shortlist. One, decided, with the reasoning written down so you stop revisiting it at 11pm.
A specific kind of business, not a demographic. Specific enough that you could list five of them by name when we're done.
I help [X] achieve [Y] through [Z]. We'll go through five or six versions until it's right.
Essential, Complete, Partner. What's in each, what changes for the client, and where the boundaries sit.
Your floor, your market number, and your ask. Real numbers, not ranges.
The five things this kind of client will ask for that you shouldn't do for free. This is the part that saves you the most money and almost nobody does it up front.
Actual names, from your actual history, ranked by who to contact first.
No homework. No modules. No "go think about it and come back."
We decide, on the call, together.
The deliverable
The Offer Brief. A written document, built for you, delivered within five business days. Six to ten pages.
Plus: one round of follow-up questions by email within 14 days, so you're not stuck the first time reality hits.
Investment
Because you're not buying ninety minutes.
You're buying a decision.
The one you've been carrying around for a year. The one that's been sitting underneath every "maybe I should look into that" and every tab you left open and every Sunday night you spent researching instead of starting.
That decision is worth something. It's been costing you something the whole time it's gone unmade.
And it gets made by someone who has already made it, badly and then well, and knows the difference.
What you're actually paying for is the pattern.
I've been doing client work since 2020. I've priced wrong, scoped wrong, said yes to things I should have refused, and slowly figured out what the version that works looks like.
You get that, applied to your situation, in an afternoon. Plus a document you can act on the same week instead of a page of notes you'll never open again.
I spent six years without a price because I never had this conversation with anyone. Nobody sat across from me and said, here's your number, say it out loud, stop apologizing for it.
That's the conversation.
Because you don't have a knowledge problem.
You have fifteen years of experience and a browser full of tabs. More weeks of talking wouldn't give you anything you don't already have access to.
What you're missing is a decision and a plan, and neither of those needs six weeks.
Ongoing coaching is the right format when someone needs accountability over months. That isn't what's happening here. You're not failing to execute. You're stuck at the front, where you can't tell which of five possible versions of this business is the real one.
That gets solved in one conversation with the right person, or it doesn't get solved by talking at all.
So: one session, one document, one round of follow-up. Then you go.
Short form, about five minutes. I want to know whether I can actually help you before you pay me anything.
If it's a fit, you get a payment link and a booking link. If it isn't, I'll tell you why and point you somewhere better.
A longer questionnaire after booking. Your work history, your skills, your hours, what you've tried. I read all of it before we speak.
Ninety minutes. Video, recorded, and you get the recording.
within five business days.
One round of questions by email, within 14 days.
Total elapsed time: about two weeks.
That's the most common starting point and it's fine. Do The Skill Audit first, it's free, and bring whatever you came up with even if you're not confident in it. Half of what we do on the call is figuring this out.
Then this is exactly the right time. The most expensive mistakes in freelancing get made in the first ninety days, and most of them are pricing and scope mistakes you can't undo later.
No, and I'd rather you didn't. Everything we build is designed around the hours you actually have. If you tell me you have eight hours a week, we build an eight hour offer.
Good. That's a better problem than the alternative. We'll pick one to lead with and park the others as upsells for later.
Yes, though most people find we end up rebuilding more than they expected. If you genuinely just want a second opinion on a number, tell me in the application and I'll say whether this is worth $497 to you.
Tell me. If you finish the session and the brief and genuinely don't have something you can use, email me and I'll refund you. I've built my whole business on referrals, and refunding someone unhappy is cheaper than the alternative.
Yes, Klarna is available at checkout.
The only thing missing is knowing what it's worth, and being willing to say the number out loud. I can help you with the first part in ninety minutes.
